- Manicure and pedicures are essential process in body care.
Body care the way of taking care of your entire parts of the body. Pedicure is a important method to take care for your feet, legs and toe nails. In manicure we take care of our hands, nails, and arms. Manicure pedicure are used to gives natural look and make the skin soft and smooth. It is called body care.
Tips:-
- Before applying manicure and pedicure, it is essential to meeting a beauty supply store or a medicine store in order to get the materials necessary for the treatment.
- The old nail polish has to be removed completely.
- Good quality clippers are much preferred for cutting the nails.
- Sopping wet the hands in case of manicure and feet in case of pedicure, in a bath of salt and fragrance oils or Epsom salts will do your feet some good.
- Calloused feet have need of being covered with water for longer hours and adding milk to the warm water will help release the dead skin.
- Firstly you should remove ring and warm water and soap to wash your hand and foot.
- Complete after this method you should apply little amount of moisturizer cream or lotion on your hand and feet.
- Avoid deep cream because it can cause of the infection of the skin around nails.
- Always keep you feet neat and clean if you should follow these tips.
- In care of pedicure: Exfoliate scrubs or if possible wet pumice stone is used to remove the dead cells.
Tips for body care:-
- Lips get dark due to some important reasons like use of some cheap lipsticks, sun exposure heavily uses of lipsticks, drinking tea or coffee in excess it can also be due to dryness and allergy.
- If you can take vegetable juice like Carrot and orange juice, and you can take minerals, vitamins, iron, and fresh air keeps the lips red.
- Basically eye problem is dark circles. Do not take too much starch and sugar as it makes the eye dull. After getup early in the morning wash your eyes in cold water because it improve blood circulation.
- Apply on your eyes two cucumber slice take one and half hours you can feel relax and good.
- Apply a castor oil in around on your eyes.
- Wash your eyes with rose water it is giving a cooling effect.
- Before sleeping wash your eyes with cold water.
- You should make use moisturizing sunscreen cream, lotion, body lotion etc.
